We are the luckiest little creekies ever!
Susan Joachim from inmynature.life has very generously offered to do another Forest Bathing session for us. Not only Forest Bathing but also a half hour of Qijong. Here is a link to some info about Qijong and its benefits.
“Forest Therapy® is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments. In Japan it is called “Shinrin-yoku (森林浴)” which translates to “forest bathing.” It is a medically proven and internationally recognized therapeutic approach with a wealth of health benefits…. There is no better way for your well-being than to trust nature’s own healing power: Forest Bathing!”
It sounds dreamy and if the day is anything like our last Forest Bathing adventure – you’d be bonkers to miss it. You can read a blog of the last event here. It was a truly magical day.
