Meet the team.

Jessica Gerger - PresidentJessica joined the FOKC with a passion for wildlife and plants and because she’d run out of room in her garden. She has been president for six fabulous years and is having a ball. She likes to say hello to every person, plant, animal and insect she meets.

Linda Roberts - TreasurerAKA “Legenda” - Linda is our rock. There is no place she would rather be than “down the creek”. She takes no nonsense from weeds and tends to the plants with love. Linda was president of the group for many successful years.

Penny Francis - Secretary

Penny is a go-getter and we are thrilled she is on the team. She was integral in the Walan-walan project among others and is an endless source of exciting ideas.

Tanya Druce - Vice-President

Tanya is proud Wiradjuri woman living in Albion.  Her time spent by the creek weeding, planting, watering and yarning with the team are the highlight of her week.  She has learned such a lot about the Indigenous plants and s keen to learn more about Aboriginal plant use.

Gerard Morel - Melbourne WaterGerard is unstoppable. His enthusiasm is infectious and he spurs us on to achieve great things. Ever helpful and always there, we’d be lost without him.
